The weather has been sporadic over the past few weeks and it has definately taken a toll on my mood! My dad called me this morning and I wasn't feeling the best so he came into town to take me for coffee, sandwiches and cake at my favourite coffee shop. I watched James and the Giant Peach last night and I can't stop thinking of the scene where James says to the worm when he was sad that his parents told him to look at things from a different perspective. Keeping that in mind is definately help turn my blues into yellows xo

'We're talking dream date compared to my horror'

I haven't sat and enjoyed a movie in a long, long time. I watched 'When Harry Met Sally' for the first time in ages last night and it was like the first time I watched it. I love the quirky banter, Meg Ryan's ever changing hair styles and the storyline in general. The perfect cure after having a long winded case of the boy blues.

Lingering Still

I've decided to keep a blog again now my life is looking a little more exciting. I deleted all the old posts but I definately had fun reading them and remembering what I've achieved. Even though it isn't much the smallest of changes always make a difference.
I've started up a list of ten things I want to achieve each month. Some are long term (read a book every week for the rest of the year) and some are short term (buy a bookshelf)Even though I wont get some of them done in a month they will be at least started. I'm a big procrastinator and they say when you turn twenty you start to look at the world differently and I'm finding myself freaking out a little bit because most people my age are almost finished their degrees and I'm just considering starting mine! It's sort of a mini 101 in 1001 (completing a hundred and one things in one thousand and one days) because I can never compile a list of a hundred and one things I actually want to do. So along with my everyday day to day I'll post my progress!
